My only real complaint is that the battery charges/provides power to the jacket via DC port and not usb, and there could be more coils in more effective places. Other than that, its a good jacket for the costHusband is 6'7" and we could not find a xxxl in a heated coat, so far this coat is great. it fits his long arms and long torso well. he did say it was not real warm on his back but i think it was all the layers he had under it haha. we will update review after he has used it many times
